We are located in Suffolk, VA, servicing all seven cities - Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach. NOTE: If your location is not mentioned, you will incur a travel fee of $1.50 per mile extra mile if it is more than 25 miles from 23434 round trip.
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all services the day of booking to secure your date and service. The remaining balance is due seven days prior to the event date.

You may cancel no less than five days prior to your event date. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit, the remaining funds will be processed in 2-3 business days from date of cancellation.
We understand weather conditions may be unforeseen. We can set up at an alternate location of your choice or you may reschedule for a later date; based upon availability..
